At the end of the last update we had just finished 3rd in the league for the second season running and rather bizarrely made it to the final of Euro 2016 narrowly losing out to the Belgian golden generation. I am more confident in the medium term as I have identified a nucleus of talent between the ages of 15-18 who I think can be developed in to players strong enough to cut it at international level. The final prospect to mention is 15 year old goalkeeper Evgeny.
I really love 4-4-2 formation. Probably from the first day I started to learn something about football. In FM15 I play for Spartans FC and I decided to change formation after a couple of seasons to 4-2-3-1. You can try this tactic if you surbscribe to it via Steam.
