Problem Solving Activities- Public Services. Hut Bulinding split into a minimum of two teams, each team having a minimum of four perople. in each team there should be; two builders- builders job is to make a stable structure that they can build around.

I shall focus on trying to keep the kids under control and keep them occupied. And my second objective is to louden my voice to try and make myself heard. These are important roles because if i achieve them then it shows i have a certain level of discipline. My third and final objectiove is to show that my quality of leading skills is to a decent standard.

I like to go hard in sport. 23rd of November Tag Tails Tournament x2. The games we only between two teams because the third was unable to come. If one team was considerably better than the other it would have become unfair but both teams were even which led to several good games of Tag Tails. Rules were needed to be repeated because of the forgetful ness of the children. Encouragement to the children was worthwhile and improved their performance.

Resources- If you have the resources available you should use them in the most effective way. Planning- Tactics requires planning, this means people are more prepared for the hardest jobs and tests.
