I noticed that the web site stated " Public relations, though familiar to everyone, is not really the public relations that most of us thought it was." They also stated " Personally, I could relate to the statement. It was not until I engrossed myself by reading Vivians book that I was able to really know what public relations is. Public relations is a management tool for leaders in business, government, and other institutions to establish beneficial relationships with other institutions and groups."
