Thursday, June 11, 2015. It has a steering wheel, but not a lifecycle. There is something very special about going out with one of my daughters and just listening to what is on their little minds. I love when they just let their thoughts wander and vocalize it. People are born and people die, same with trees and animals.

Sorry Amelia, this may be a reoccuring theme for the rest of your first year.

On a really nice morning last week we decided it would be a great day to visit the zoo. The weather was perfect, the crowds were minimal, and the animals were VERY active. My little fish take our summer swimming quite seriously at our house. Daddy, of course, is another favorite pool playmate. Most of all, I love seeing their smiles.
