Flowers, Insects, and Mountain Views at West Virginia Highway Rest Areas. I took some shots at a couple of rest areas that I stopped at along the highway. There were beautiful flowers in full bloom, teeming with bees and moths. I decided to pause, walk around, shoot some photos, and not just rush to get back on the road. An artist and photographer living on beautiful Ocracoke Island. This was taken in the Spring. I have been very busy with my new job and editing images for paid commissions. I had a moment today to take a peek at images waiting, unedited on my hard drive. It makes me think of Alice and the looking glass and of a giant crystal ball.
