Today is just about over with afternoon now. I saw my foot doctor today and got stitches out yea,now my toes are straight swelling gone. Hope by Feb be able do two miles once again. I have Parkinson,make sure do some kind of exercises,one thing help slow down progression of PD. Trying eat more veggies,nut got have my ice-cream,or chocolate.
