Visit to the Lindenhoff farm 2 March 2009. Our morning at the farm. On the 2nd of March the gastronomy class of the hotel school the Hague visits the farm Lindenhoff. Here we discovered with all of our senses the gastronomic aspects of the farm and learned a lot of there philosophy. After the visit we went to the le Debut kitchen in Amsterdam to do a ready steady cook session with wonderful products of the farm.
On the 29th of July we visited the 3 michelin star restaurant the librije. After some cooking we enjoyed the librije experience by getting a guided tour.
