Sunday, September 9, 2007. Ok Back to the onion and garlic theme. I know the summer is almost over, but it is still warm out there to serve chilled soup. On our honeymoon through Spain Jason and I tasted a delicious version of Gazpacho called SALMOREJO. Instead of the chunky tomatoes, Salmorejo is creamy and tangy. Back home, my first Salmorejo was a mix of different recipes I found online and my personal taste.
