The site had the following in the homepage, "Secondary school forbids female students from wearing mini skirts." I noticed that the web site stated " Short skirts are forbidden in a middle school as the the headmaster said pupils have over and over again violated rules by wearing skirts across the knee." They also stated " Therefore, by September, pupils at Moulton School in Northamptonshire are going to be required to wear black customized pants. This recent uniform rules at the school includes a ban on scarves and hats, unless during cold weather."
