I absolutely love Pierogies and for lunch today I came up with a much better way to serve my pierogies with sautéed veggies. Normally i heat up a small amount of oil in a pan and sauté everything together, but this makes the pierogies oily and almost slimy and leaves me feeling all gross and unhealthy.
