Tuesday, December 14, 2010. Prior to visiting, I had only heard negative comments about this part of the country from people in the southern part. The other regions are the Upper East and the Upper West. Southerners often talk about how uneducated and provincial the Northerners are. I felt calm, relaxed, and rejuvenated.
