The site had the following in the homepage, "The Best Way to Spread Christmas Cheer." I noticed that the web site stated " I bought 75 ft of western cedar garland to decorate our house this year, and a had quite a bit left over." They also stated " So the natural thing to do was decorate my bike. And as Im wont to do, I took this idea and went waaaaayyy overboard.
