Today i draw my inspiration from my recent successful weight loss challenge competition, where, yours truly emerged third in the country. A challenge of weight that I had struggled with, for the better part of my life. I managed to shed close to half of my body weight, from 142Kilos in January, to my current weight of 78Kilos.
