The main function of these two bodies is to produce the annual bird reports for the East and West of the county of Glamorgan, and of course to provide bird-oriented activities for their members. Was present at Kenfig Pool from 3rd to 31st, with that or another briefly at Lamby Lake, Cardiff 3rd. Was on the Ogmore River 24th and 25th. Reports of a Wood Sandpiper at Llanilid 18th and 25th and a Rose-coloured Starling at Porthcawl 25th. Was seen and heard in the Vale mid month.
