They also stated " Something else Ive noticed with homemade gluten-free bread, is that it takes much longer to toast than commercial brands and theres always a loud sizzling noise emanating from the toaster. Accepting the challenges in creating a gluten free household. I have had very little trouble making gluten-free muffins that tasted yummy. At least when they were fresh. Today I had 3 grandchildren here, and so 3 more disappeared as their pre-naptime snack. 3 medium very brown bananas.
