From one food lover to another. Since I have been back in the UK, I have gone out to eat with my boyfriend and with groups of friends as well. This past weekend me and five of my other course mates spent a very lovely evening together. Former President A P J Abdul Kalam passed away of a cardiac arrest today while giving a speech in Shillong. For me and several people from my generation, Kalam was the first political-figure we became aware of. He was the 11th President of India and we were in high-school during his term. He wrote several books which have inspired several of all age groups. RIP Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam.
