What is a scope creep? In project management, scope creep is identified as a natural tendency of both the client and the project team. Scope creep is thought to be inevitable within projects and a good change control.

My students were overwhelmed about all of the visuals and terminology that I presented to them so, they were unable to be engaged in my lesson. My instructors gave me feedback to limit the variables of the lesson and choose a select amount of variables to limit scope creep.
