Lifting the lid on mental health illness and child sexual abuse. The other purpose of the blogs will hopefully help other victims come forward and ask for help. Anyone triggered by my writing should initially speak with their GP and there is always the Police. Talking openly about my mental health has helped me to deal with my issues. Self stigmatizing has been very harmful to me and prolonged the damage that my attackers inflicted on me all those years ago. It is good to talk.
