Since 2012 I have become a homeowner, a rescue dog owner and advocate, I have a teenager on the spectrum, and I have the same job, although a new venture is on the horizon. What the hell? While the Monkeys and I have volunteered for several events for TBF Racing. This was the first time any of us had worked an ultra marathon. The trail leading to our aid station.
Wednesday, May 27, 2015. They are still pumping water from our parking garage. They brought out the Big Daddy of pumps today, FINALLY! Last week we went to see Bette Midler. It was my first Bette Midler concert. She puts on a fantastic show. Here are some photos from that night. Tuesday, August 11, 2015. Wehwehchen and a fairly recent side excursion. Okay, I finally acknowledged that I am not getting better. The first week back I barely made it out of the house. I did want to share more photos. One of the more delightful side trips I took toward the end of my month long journey was a weekend excursion to Würzburg. As a child, I had lived in a small town close to Würzburg and was interested in revisiting the area.
