And ran that under a rolling pin until the noodles were about as smashed as could be. After that I made it according to the directions, except that I convinced Jake to let me mix in a raw egg at the end, sort of ramen. Apparently that was a significant improvement on the SpaghettiOs.

Remove skins and rinse tomatillos to remove the sticky coating. Place tomatillos in a pot, barely cover with water. Boil the tomatillos on medium heat for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and cover.

Wednesday, January 5, 2011. I hope the holidays were happy ones for anyone stumbling across this post. This seems to have degenerated into a semi-annual sort of affair, it being almost exactly six months since my last update. The latest news on Jacob is that he is coming to the finish line for all the procedures relating to his crash. The most recent event was his visit to Loma Linda on the Monday after Christmas for the start of the implant process to replace his missing tooth. Thursday, June 10, 2010.
