Wednesday, 11 January 2017. Quilting, Politics and Inspiration. Last week I had a visit with my local M. He represents my area federally for those of you in the U. I was visiting him on behalf of my work to talk to him about proposed changes in legislation that would affect us.

This may seem obvious to many, but it took me awhile to recognize this and not just beat myself up about being forgetful. And work is a 25 minute drive away. double argh! He will still get it. And now I have an evening with less to do in it.

Getting ready for quiltcon east. The first week of the new year began with getting a couple of quilts prepared for QuiltCon East. In Savannah and getting them shipped. I am very excited to have two quilts juried into the show this year. Sleeves and labels were attached, and instructions printed.
