Weaver Woman, Bold and Beautiful Blankets. My Mum, the Weaver Woman. On their bit of land, during the 1980s my parents ran sheep. Wool from the sheep was spun and sold to knitters. Plain hanks for weaving were bought and dyed and eventually became the most beautiful colourful blankets. These are the 2010 range after a hiatus of 15 years.
