Monday, December 5, 2016. The final project, finally! I will admit that when I opened the assignment and saw the lack of directions, it was overwhelming. After a few calming breaths, however, I was able to dive right in. Time management was an issue with finals and I felt that my maps could be more aesthetically pleasing. The information is all on there and that is the most important thing. The line could be created at low-cost.

Tuesday, December 6, 2016. Our final project was to analyze the proposed placement of a transmission line going through Manatee and Sarasota, Florida. First I made a cartographic model of the project. Then I reviewed the proposal for environmental impact, impact on home sites, impact on schools, and length of transmission line.
