There was a lot of talk about food this week in my world. A classmate talked about the movie Food Inc. Then Wednesday, Oprah talked about food with author Michael Pollan. I posted it on Facebook and it got people talking. I think buying our food local is one of the greenest things we can do. I am definitely a proponent of the Localvore movement. One thing I despise is white Wonder bread and anything like it. What is in that stuff? Another locally owned franch.
