Now what? I never thought I would really blog, but here it is. The point, I suppose, is to communicate things going on in Chrisland to people around me, or write about what the Lord is teaching me. Inside of everyone there is basic longing for Home. It has manifested itself since the time of the fall, and yet, even before that. A longing to walk in the garden with our Lord. It is a need for security, but at a deeper look, it is a need for Heaven. We all seek a safe abode. Is this selfish in itself? For the Christian, Home is just over the next rise. Heaven is near, and nev.
The heart hurts when it realizes the reality of most motives. After 30 years in public education I look at the institution from the outside and see many things that get cloudy when one is in the active arena.
