January 1, 2015 850 pm. New Year, New Attempt. Well, lets just say that I was not able to make it through my first attempt of autoimmune protocol. I did not realize how tough it was going to be and how much time and dedication it took. I feel I am more ready this time and am strong enough to avoid temptation. So since it is the new year, it is also day one of my second attempt of autoimmune protocol diet. Wish me good luck! Oh, and Happy New Year, everyone! October 5, 2014 722 pm.
