The joys, trials and tribulations of renovating a french country house. We moved the bulk of the furniture on Friday. We had the usual hiccups as for example mattresses would not go through the door and had to be hoisted up the front of the house in through the second floor bedroom! The attic bar table was too big to go up the stairs and is waiting for the hoist on Tuesday to take it up through the terrace! More photos to come next week! Today l.

The site had the following in the homepage, "Hiking and and Biking in Snow Canyon." I noticed that the web site stated " We hiked through sand dunes and then had a scramble on top of the sandstone rocks." They also stated " The sandstone has good grip so we had a lovely play scrambling up and down the rocks and were treated to spectacular views of the Canyon. We did not see anyone on our hike and it was really magical seeing the sun rise and the colour of the cliffs change to a deep orange. Hiking in Zion National Park, Utah.
