In class on Thursday, our Professor Nichols told us that we were going to be watching a movie. The name of the movie we watched was called The Codes of Gender . This movie focused on Erving Goffman. But then I start to reflect and ask someone what do I do to demonstrate behavior as a female? What you learn.

The documentary Codes of Gender really explains how society constructs gender. I thought this film was really interesting and picks apart our societies media. It helps the viewer look more in to the signals that are being sent and portrayed. This film was great, I think everyone should watch it and evaluate their perceptions on themselves and others, and see what truly is the messages your sending and what your being exposed too.

But its also exciting because it means I am also one step closer to graduating in May. For our last WordPress assignment we are to comment on three of our classmates blogs.
