Tuesday, August 12, 2014. The last time I caught up with all of you on here I was very pregnant. our precious baby BOY has arrived and he is the light of our life. all the dreams, hopes, expectations. it has far exceeded them all. the feelings experienced the minute our baby boy was born are indescribable. I am speechless, except for the word surreal. it was a truly surreal experience. Love to all of you.

Tuesday, March 24, 2015. It can get very boring, overdone and bland. Will and I were both pleasantly surprised once we sat down to eat it. I was not expecting it to turn out as good as it did. The sauce bubbles and caramelizes when you add in the vinegar, just keep stirring. Those chucks are the ginger! 3 tbsp vegetable oil.
