Heavers Farm Year 5 Group Blog. Meet the Year 5 Team. Posting videos on the blog. Year 5 have been crafting papier-mâché masks and have painted them in a variety of patterns and colours! Their designs have been inspired by designs from history, such as those from Ancient Greece and Ancient Egypt. What were masks used for in Ancient Greece and what are they used for today? What jobs require you to wear a mask? .

Today, Year 6 have been investigating shape nets which followed on the the 3-D shape learning we did yesterday. Next week, we will take nets a step further by solving problems involving visualising nets as 3-D shapes.
