Vandaag heb ik een terugval. Ik had mijn structuur terug, at op gezette tijden, ging op tijd slapen. Dat is nu eigenlijk nóg zo, maar toch heb ik een terugval. Is het PMS? Is het omdat ik dit weekend teveel hooi op mijn vork nam? Of is het puur lichamelijk? Word meteen depressief. Ik heb school opgepakt; Kan ik daarmee doorgaan? Wordt het weer zoals eerst? Update.
