Willard is a nice open multi-functional park in upper South Berkeley in the Elmwood neighborhood. This has been my go to park for the past ten years way before family life. In college I studied in the sun at Willard, post college job at Lululemon we did yoga in the park there during the summer months. Willard has a lots of perks and is a great park to stretch your legs and run around in.
