I noticed that the web site stated " I grew up in a poor family, and in a small island community that did not or could not allow me or anyone free access to reading materials." They also stated " Reading, simply put, by all circumstances, was not our culture. However, I vividly remember one significant event that triggered my interest in reading. It was to change my life forever. I do recall some books I really liked, or impressed me to a certain degree to encourage me to read."
