I started with with drawing out a bit of a plan of what I wanted it to look like. Mind you I never really end up following the plan but its just handy to have to refer to when the pictures you have to go off all look something like this.
I got asked to make a birthday cake for a lady who was celebrating being 80 years young. This cake is a vanilla Madeira cake. It had a lemon buttercream dam in the middle, which contained within a thick layer of lemon curd. The outside was then covered with the lemon buttercream. I piped a few very simplistic designs around the edge.

The site had the following in the homepage, "Image taken from Little Reds Craft Cupboard." I noticed that the web site stated " After a few weeks of discussions with Kate from Little Reds Craft Cupboard, all my lessons have been finalised." They also stated " There will be a beginners class, which we will be knitting some fingerless hand warmers, over 3 weeks May. The Intermediates class will be over a period of 3 weeks, and we will be knitting a chunky cable bag June. Enrolment is on a term by term basis so book now.
