We train together using the MovNat method in a natural outdoor environment. We focus on the natural human movements of walking, running, balancing, jumping, crawling, climbing, lifting, carrying, throwing, catching, and swimming. These practical movement skills have kept our ancestors fit and healthy since the beginning of humanity. We draw on evolutionary wisdom and re-wild ourselves.
This is the official course blog of PHRU 1000-007, Philosophy of Human Nature, taught by Prof. Vaught at Fordham University, during the fall of 2009. Saturday, December 5, 2009. People were being driven away from their homes, their lands and were constantly threatened by forces.
