IWS Philippines Learning Forum on FB. Pearls of Peace Through Watercolors. Entries begin on December 15th 2015 till January 15th 2016. Open to Watercolor Artists all over the world. Artist must be 16 years or older. Only one submission per artist is acceptable. Work must have been completed in the last 5-years. File must be high resolution, neatly cropped, no extra boarders or frame.
