Sometimes when I look around me, I see things so clearly that my heart aches. I see Baobab trees erupt out of the ground like the trunk of an elephant, ending in angular branches at the top, and wonder when I am going to see them next. I see the ocean, the strong waves crashing at my feet, and can feel that I am thousands of miles away from the shores I last touched 8 months ago. But I am at peace.
