I noticed that the web site stated " I think there is none more quintessential an Ilonggo dish than a steamy , delicious bowl of La Paz batchoy." They also stated " When you are in Iloilo stop by the town of Lapaz and head out to the Local market and look for the old school Batchoyans there. Organs, crushed pork cracklings. It is quite an open space with almost no walls. It also has a second level which I was not able to check. Service was quite good, quick. and the manager is a real doll.
