Back is on the mend, not been having to take painkillers like sweeties all the time. Which is a good thing. Today I finally got to tidy up the garden so not looking so much like a bombsite. And now its Sunday evening, the weekend is coming to an end and I have a vague sense of dread about heading back to work tomorrow and what the week will hold in general. My back is still hurting. It is really, really frustrating.
