My struggle with eczema and topical steroid and protopic withdrawal. Just a quick update, I am 23 months TSW, Protopic withdrawal. My last flare lasted only a week or two. I went on vacation for three weeks and had an amazing time with hardly any skin troubles. In fact, I have a beautiful tan! My first tan in quite a few year! .

Wednesday, 12 August 2015. I flare from time to time but it has been mostly manageable. I just wish I could wear make up without the fear of my skin reacting. Here are a couple of random unflattering photos I took in the car.

The site had the following in the homepage, "17 Months Still good! March 19, 2014." I noticed that the web site stated " Best of luck everyone! How Topical Steroid Withdrawal 15 months Helped to fix my Eczema." They also stated " It worked, at least for me . It took about 1 painful year. Of course, it is by no means cured. Wednesday, September 17, 2014. Things have been pretty stagnant for a while now. Besides a few flares, my skin has looked basically the same for 5 or 6 months now. Back in April, I was ecstatic to be looking and feeling this good because it was so much better than the first couple of TSW months.
But does it have to be? April 1, 2014. But generally I think it was just a cyclical thing of skin healing. The part where my lips meet was super smooth, unlike how they normally are, so I take it as a strange healing process. Have our cake and eat it too. I wish you all good days and great strength to get through th.
