What a day I had! It started off as usual with sunrise and sunbathing, breakfast on the roof terrace and yoga in the living room. At 11 am I set off for Sitia. A little sight seeing of Sitia. Lunch at one of 2 places I had found on trip advisor. Then take the paved road as far as possible to the secluded Papadiokampas beach, walk the rest along the dirt roads and have a lovely swim.

They also stated " Im stuck at this Athens airport until it does. With a 19 hour layover I would love to use my time to explore this beautiful city. Saturday, December 19, 2009. This diet is very easy once you get past the protein. Days, but if you mess up the protein days, then you have to do them over. That your body need and cannot get from a multi-vitamin. So I took a couple of days to get in some bad food, healthy fats and lotts. Of fruits and vegetable and now I am ready to begin again.
