Perseid Meteor Shower in Big Bend. The next morning we headed out to Fort Davis, Texas, where we were camping for our first full night in Davis Mountains State Park. They also stated " Drive through the little town of Donaldsonville, see the historic buildings, the local people, the bayous and wildlife, and you will quickly realize that you want to get out of there. This place is in the middle of nowhere. The Grapevine Cafe and Gallery is on a block that looks like the downtown area of a small townno really its one block, and I think that one block is all of downtown. Weird right?
