My journey to health and hopefully pregnancy. AF is on her way, I can just feel it. And every month that tiny shred rips my heart apart.
Wednesday, January 6, 2016. I decided yesterday to start making changes with this new year. I decided to start back up doing yoga. My goal is at least three times a week. I decided to cut out pop completely. I used to drink anywhere between 2-5 cans of Mountain Dew a day. I decided to add in workouts later on. This picture is from February 2015. The longer we live here, the more weight I seem to gain. My goal right now is 125.

Then again, it has been a little less than a year since a group from Messiah Lutheran Church, Weldon Spring, Missouri, was on the Cheyenne River Indian Reservation, South Dakota. Many things have changed during that year in our relationship with our friends on the Reservation and at the Cheyenne River Youth Porject in particular.
