Ford could have used some internal communications. Yesterday, Ford announced the closing of two plants in the United Kingdom. The move will leave 1,400 out of work. Rather than being straightforward with its employees, Ford left them to speculate on some of the worst news an adult can face; unemployment. To me, this is simply unacceptable.
