Monday, August 10, 2015. One last day at the beach. Saturday was supposed to be nice in the morning, with thunderstorms building up after noon. Since we were only going for a couple hours, we decided to drive to Inlet Beach, where we could park fairly close, rather than taking the long hike down to the beach at Camp Helen. It was beautiful when we arrived, with only a few others on the beach. As expected, it started clouding up .
FTA - Fun, Travel and Adventure! Welcome to our web site. I started this site to let friends and family know where we have been, what we have seen, and where we are going. We are starting the next chapter in our lives - leaving our sticks and bricks home to live and travel in an RV full time! So far only in the planning stage, but it will happen as soon as we can sell the house and buy our motor home. This blog will track the progress, and then journal our life on the road. Sunday, June 15, 2014. Posted by Mitch and Cheryl. Monday, June 9, 2014.
Rob and Me in our Little RV. Two crazy people bumbling along in life. Monday, August 10, 2015. Meet the New Little RV. We traded our old Little RV and truck in for a new Class A motorhome and SUV as a tow vehicle. We feel like we got a reasonable trade and a good interest rate. No more defrosting and we are loving the ice and water in the door. I think they saved our lives. We left Oregon around 11 am on Saturda.
Our small town of Forest Grove, Oregon has trouble brewing over a new coffee kiosk in town. Here is the original News Times article. I can think of other creative names that could have been used.
Saturday, July 4, 2015. Hope for a Doomed Nation, by Pastor John MacArthur. Unfortunately, President Obama was correct when he said we are no longer a Christian nation. Any nation that openly glorifies and promotes sin cannot be called Christian, nor should it. That would misrepresent who our Lord and Savior truly is. Audio link to his sermon. Video link to his sermon. Hope for a Doomed Nation, by Pastor John MacArthur.
Saturday, February 21, 2015. On February 10, rising conservative star Dan Bongino. Brought our attention to his Facebook page. And he prefaced that commentary with the quote above. What the President said - we have to know why. Saying whatever they must to the masses to justify their actions, to argue.
