To a place free of fear, where the adventure begins. To moon light that gently rocks. One day I will walk freely along the silver river under stars that sing, in the company of the everlasting presence of the one who has always walked with me. I want to scream and rage.

I changed my solid meal a day to lunchtime instead of dinner. And enrolled in a kettlebell. This fortnight was intense; my mother had major surgery and I started a new job, so I kept my goals very modest.
