A girl on a mission. I was disappointed with my loss after Christmas and went off the bandwagon a bit. That combined with exam stress led to me staying in bed most days, avoiding my responsibilities.
Now, usual I would weigh myself every Monday. To my surprise I have lost 7lbs. Finally, all my hard work is showing on the scale, and visually. I slid on a pair of jeans this morning, now normally I would do all the bum shuffling movement to get them up, but today, they slid on! That is one of the simple things that motivate us to carry on; these slight changes are becoming more noticeable.
