In community college, I had several teachers that used this site to detect plagiarism. Luckily, I was familiar with the web tool.

This is a learning portfolio for IT 465. I feel that my weakest point of this class was the turnitin assignment because this is something that I was not familiar with and had no prior experience in. My strong point for this class would have to be the webpage and the movie maker. I love to work and create things on the computer. Doing this activity made me so.

A Learning Portfolio and Experience. When I started this class I thought it was going to be a piece of cake because of the experiences I have had using technology inside the classroom. I quickly realized that the course would go far beyond the resources I was familiar with. This class added many new ideas, skills, and resources to my list of things to accomplish in the classroom. The Movie Maker was so much fun! The Website was the best to construct. I will use this to build a website for the teachers that I work with. This is a great place to put assignments and extra credit work for struggling students or even the students who need a little bit of a challenge. I can see the use of the website for a math club the school is forming in the not too distant future. I know that I personally whined about a few of the assignments.

The Powerpoint Presentation below, will show the steps used in setting computers up for assistance for the disabilities listed. I used a Windows7 computer to use the set-up process for the screen-prints. Once I was able to understand how the set-up features worked, I was able to set each step up with ease.
