I guess it works both ways. We touch their lives while they change ours. What I did this summer was the greatest accomplishment of my life so far, in so many ways. I can confidentially say I am not the same man that crossed the Golden Gate Bridge on June 9. The only disability in life is a bad attitude.
Further thoughts on online teaching. The chat box on Skype is also very useful for new vocabulary and more immediate correction.
Life Is What You Make Of It. I am a busy mother of two great kids, Matthew and Jessica. I love to read, listen to music, play with the kids, garden, and now and then even get out of the house to do something fun. She has a gene mutation that is associated with something called Dravet Syndrome. Here are a couple of pictures of our trip. Both kids found friends there they want to keep in contact with.
