Its been a while since I posted about my Life Style change so today I decided to update the world. I have been averaging about 2lbs a week since i started. This week was the beginning of week 5 and i am at 200. Thats a total of 8. This past weekend i went shopping and was amazed that most of the clothes i tried on fit.

The site had the following in the homepage, "Time to start this thing back up." I noticed that the web site stated " Weve been together 6 years and now we have to start over at 1? Our landlord has been nice enough to let us go month to month while we look for a new place to live but weve been slacking." They also stated " Our goal is to move in the beginning of the new year. Ok again its been a while x mummy has been so busy with me and she has also been unwell but she ok now xx silly flu xx so not much happening my end really started the ketogenic diet not much change tbh but its early days still been extremely quiet which mummy isnt happy about but other than that all is ok xxx.
